Before booking our boat tour services on Lake Como, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:<\/p><p>1. <strong>Booking and Reservations<\/strong><\/p><p>1.1 Maximum Participants: The maximum number of participants allowed per boat tour is 7 people. Please ensure your group size complies with this limit when making your reservation.<\/p><p>1.2 Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a partial payment of 30% of the total service value.<\/p><p>1.3 Pickup Locations: Complimentary pickups are available in the following towns: Menaggio, Varenna, Bellagio, Lezzeno, and Tremezzo. For pickups outside of these areas, a small additional fee will apply.<\/p><p>2. <strong>Cancellations and Refunds<\/strong><\/p><p>2.1 Cancellation Policy: Refer to our Refund and Return Policy for detailed information on cancellations and refund eligibility.<\/p><p>3. <strong>Conduct and Safety<\/strong><\/p><p>3.1 Safety Regulations: All participants must adhere to safety regulations and instructions provided by our staff during the boat tour.<\/p><p>3.2 Prohibited Activities: Smoking, littering, and any other activities deemed hazardous or disruptive to the enjoyment of other participants are strictly prohibited.<\/p><p>4. <strong>Liability and Responsibility<\/strong><\/p><p>4.1 Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the boat tour. Vintage Classy Boat shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.<\/p><p>4.2 Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather conditions that jeopardize the safety of the tour, Vintage Classy Boat reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.
